GRATED MANGO PACHADI
A TANGY SIDE DISH TO GO WITH MANGO RICE
Ingredients:
1) Balance
portion of the sour grated mango after making mango rice (around 3 tablespoonsful)
2) Hot green
chili – 1 no.
3) Kashmiri
chili powder – ½ teaspoon
4) Hot red
chili powder – ½ teaspoon
5) Turmeric
powder – 2 pinches
6) Asafoetida
powder – 2 pinches
7) Tender
curry leaves – 1 sprig
8) Coconut oil
– 1 teaspoon
9) Salt – ½
teaspoon
To Make:
Chop the green chili to fine rings. Pluck the curry leaves
off their sprig. Put all the ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix nicely.
Taste and adjust the seasoning if required. Your tangy grated mango pachadi is
ready to serve.
