159) DID YOU KNOW? A SIMPLE INEXPENSIVE REMEDY FOR MOUTH SORES

DID YOU KNOW?
A SIMPLE INEXPENSIVE REMEDY FOR MOUTH SORES

Christmas has arrived; and with the coming of Christmas are born innumerable cakes, cookies and other bakes. Most of these enticing goodies contain a nice amount of baking powder. Baking powder, baking soda and common salt (in sizeable quantities) are harmful irritants which have the power to cause lesions on the tongue, the throat, the gums, the cheeks and on the esophagus.  Simply stated, they can cause mouth sores and heartburn.

Mouth sores can be painful and exasperating. They can last for days, even when treated with antibiotics and vitamins. Mother Nature has provided a better and quicker remedy in the form of cow’s milk and fresh cream.

Boil some fresh creamy milk for 10 minutes and let cool naturally. Lift out a bit of the thick creamy skin floating on the surface of the milk and put it in your mouth next to the mouth sore. Try to keep it there for as long as you can (at least 5 minutes). Swallow it, sip some milk and swirl it in your mouth. Keep the milk in your mouth for a minute or two before swallowing. Now put in another bit of the creamy skin and repeat the process a few times till you finish a glass of milk. Do this two or three times a day and you will find that the sore has healed remarkably within the day. This is the healing magic of cow’s milk.

I really wish that some serious research would be done on the use of baking powder, baking soda, common salt and also yeast in provoking cancers and tumors and also the role of cow’s milk and cream in combating it.

One other thing I often notice is that people who regularly eat leavened bread and other yeast products suffer from constipation and stomach disorders much more than people who eat unleavened bread like chappatis and rotis or a diet of freshly cooked rice and vegetables. I hope these observations will be of use to you. Wish you all a merry Christmas and a very happy New Year.
